Distance Selling Agreement

1. PARTIES

This agreement has been concluded between the following parties:

TOPIC 2

The subject of this agreement is the sale and delivery of products ordered electronically by the BUYER from the SELLER's website www.mazzanihookah.com , and the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties regarding this transaction.

3. PRODUCT INFORMATION

The type, quantity, brand/model, color, selling price, and payment information of the products are as specified during the order process.

4. CONTRACT DATE

The date the order is placed will be considered the contract date.

5. DELIVERY AND PERFORMANCE

  • The product will be delivered to the address specified by the BUYER during the order process.

  • Shipping time is usually 1-5 business days, but may vary depending on stock and workload.

  • Unless otherwise stated, shipping costs are the responsibility of the BUYER.

  • The product will be delivered within a period not exceeding 30 days, as permitted by law.

6. PAYMENT

  • Payments are securely processed via credit card through the Iyzico infrastructure.

  • The BUYER is responsible for entering accurate payment information.

  • The order will not be processed until payment is confirmed.

7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The BUYER has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal:

  • The product must be unused.

  • The original packaging must be undamaged.

  • It must be returned along with the invoice.

8. SITUATIONS WHERE THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL IS NOT VALID

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following products:

  • Products that are not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons (such as used hookah mouthpieces, etc.)

  • Products that cannot be resold after use.

  • Products made to order

9. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

  • Refunds will be issued within 14 days of the returned product reaching the SELLER.

  • Payment will be made using the payment method used by the BUYER.

  • Shipping costs may be borne by the BUYER in the event of exercising the right of withdrawal.

10. DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

  • The BUYER must notify us of any damaged or defective products within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • In this case, all shipping costs are the responsibility of the SELLER.

11. GENERAL PROVISIONS

  • The BUYER declares that they have read and accepted all preliminary information contained on the site.

  • The SELLER may experience delays in delivery due to force majeure events (cargo strikes, natural disasters, etc.).

12. DISPUTE STATUS

In disputes, according to the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade:

  • Provincial/District Consumer Arbitration Boards

  • Consumer Courts

is authorized.

13. EFFECTIVE DATE

By placing an order, the BUYER is deemed to have accepted all the terms of this agreement.
