At Mazzani Hookah, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return or exchange under the specified conditions.

2. Return and Exchange Conditions

• Requests for returns or exchanges must be made within 14 days of the delivery date.

• The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

• Products that have lost their resale value, are used, or are damaged will not be accepted for return.

• Personal use items (hoses, mouthpieces, etc.) are not eligible for return or exchange due to hygiene reasons.

3. Return Process

• Please submit your return request by email to mazzaninargile@gmail.com, including your order number and reason for return.

• Once the return is approved, you need to send the product to us via our contracted shipping company.

• Once the product reaches us, the necessary checks will be carried out and your return process will be initiated.

4. Refund

• After the returned items are inspected and approved, the refund process will be completed within 5-10 business days, according to the payment method you used.

• For payments made by credit card, the time it takes for the amount to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank.

5. Damaged or Missing Items

• Please check your package upon delivery. If there are any damaged or missing items, have the delivery person prepare a report.

• In case of damaged or incorrect product delivery, all shipping costs will be covered by our company.
